Usually, it's a few days. You should check your confirmation email, it usually states the pickup window. If it's gonna be longer, maybe try calling them.

I think it's like 48-72 hours generally. But if you call them, they might be able to extend it, they're usually pretty understanding.

I think you can pay online with a card. When I reserved Yen last month, I paid with my debit card right then and there. Just had to show my ID for pickup.

For airport pickups, Prosegur's online rates are usually better than other airport places like Travelex, which are notorious for bad rates. Wise is usually good for transfers, but for cash, Prosegur's online reservation is pretty decent.

It really depends on how much you're exchanging. For smaller amounts, it's probably fine. For really big sums, Wise might still edge them out, but then you're not getting cash directly. Convenience factor for Prosegur is high though.
